Project Overview:
Wumara Group was engaged by CMP Consulting to provide topographic surveying and subsurface utility locating services for a new Sydney Water pipeline and reservoir project in Western Sydney. The project was delivered within a complex operating environment, involving multiple stakeholders, private landowners and interfaces with existing infrastructure.
Our Role:
- Delivered topographic surveying and subsurface utility locating across the project corridor
- Identified overlapping works with a concurrent Sydney Water project and initiated early coordination
- Facilitated collaboration between project teams to streamline survey and utility locating activities
- Rapidly mobilised and managed UAV survey operations within controlled airspace near Western Sydney International Airport
- Adapted to evolving site conditions and approval requirements while maintaining program alignment
- Led safety planning through stakeholder engagement, site walkovers and updates to SWMS prior to fieldwork
Key Outcomes:
